Using Okosly

Okosly is an online marketplace connecting students with independent tutors. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the employer of tutors listed on our platform.

Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed securely and held in escrow until lesson completion. Cancellations made with sufficient notice as per the tutor's policy are eligible for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Tutor Obligations

Tutors must provide accurate profile information, honour confirmed bookings, and maintain professional conduct. Okosly reserves the right to remove tutors who violate platform standards.

Student Obligations

Students must attend booked lessons, treat tutors with respect, and provide honest reviews based on genuine experience.
